Happy Chinese New Year
HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO ALLFinally I have the time to blog. Been rather busy these few days. Ytd I had reunion dinner with my family at a Teochew restaurant near merchant road. There were so many ppl in the restaurant and we had to wait for our table to be cleared. This yr dinner was special cause Darling was also invited. =)
Dinner was served around 8.30pm and I must say the quality and quantity of the food was amazing. The food were super delicious and there were alot. We had the normal yu sheng follwed by yi pin wor, glutinous rice stuffed in a roasted chicken, crabmeat with broccoli, steamed pomfret, teochew style noodle, kong ba pau and almond with longan for dessert. Quite alot for 7 7 adults and 2 kids.

Well.. As for today, my brother and da sao came to my hse for lunch. Another sumptuous meal. After that we gambled Blackjack. My mum is the best man. I think this is the first time I ever encountered a banker who lost almost $100 in 30mins. Hahas.. I guess she just doesn't have enough luck. Lolx.. After they left, my mum asked me whether if i wanna drive the car out. Hahas.. I was so happy and lucky my dad didn't object. Thus the 3 of us went out, with me as the DRIVER! =D Had quite a difficult time trying to adjust to my dad's car. The feeling is totally different. The braking system is soooo much better than those old cars in BBDC. Hahas. My dad also taught me how to park the car (w/o poles). Oh man. It was difficult and I still can't see or feel whether the car is straight. But overall, it was still okay. Everything was perfect. =) Must practice more before I dare to drive the car alone.
