Today is the last day of 2006. Well. I'm staying at home for the whole day, facing my laptop with my 'guy' as the wallpaper. =P
Recollections of 2006We were together at the beginning of this year. Even though the time was short, I really cherished this r/s and put in my 100% into it. However, things had to ended no matter how hard I tried o salvage. But I'm grateful that you entered my life and gave me lots of precious and unforgetable memories. It is not the number of days that matters, but the times that we spent together.
But I believe things happen for a reason. Although I have lost the person that I loved dearly, I gained something else. A friendship-Built upon trust and concern. I guess I needed to go through the break-up in order to find my best buddies. We spent lots of time together. All the singing, baking and drinking sessions have definitely made my life more meaningful. Without you guys, I'm sure poly life wont be as exciting and fun. You guys rocks! =) Then there was the freshmen orientation camp.. I experienced GL for the first time in my life and I really enjoyed it. Seeing my kids calling me 'mummy' was so sweet. Hahas.. I love my Scorpion kids! =)
Our 2nd year is ending soon. Our 3rd and final year is approaching. It really amazes me that time passes so quickly when we are just beginning to enjoy our life. I can't imagine what our lives will be after we graduate from Sp. Ben and Dee will be going to NS, leaving Rachel, Grace and me, not knowing what to do. But I hope that we will still keep in contact even after we have taken a different path. Friends are easy to find but the ones that truly understand and will stand by your side when you need them are only a handful.
I hope 2007 will be a better year for all of us! =)
